The Society for Court Studies organises a range of seminars and conferences throughout the year.

The Society’s monthly seminars present the latest research in court studies, and provide a platform for discussion and debate. Seminars are held on weekday evenings throughout the academic year at New York University in London, 6 Bedford Square, London WC1B 3RA. Past seminars have examined subjects as diverse as the households of the English monarchs, medieval and modern, to the courts of France, Spain, Imperial Russia, Ming China and the Ottoman Empire.
