Joining the Society

Membership of the Society for Court Studies is open to all. Membership is for one calendar year (January to December). Full members receive two issues of our journal, The Court Historian - The International Journal of Court Studies, which is published in June and December. Members also receive online access to the journal and archive of The Court Historian. Student members receive online access to the journal and archive only.

Should you join during the course of the year, you will automatically be sent issues of The Court Historian already published during the year. However, it is also possible to start your membership in January of next year. Applications received in November and December will start in January the following year.
