The Society recently announced that the North American branch has been re-launched and expanded to include all of North America and South America. It is now known as the Americas branch (AMB) and is chaired by Dr Anatole Upart (SUNY Binghamton). The AMB is currently recruiting for the branch’s committee. The AMB serves as a first point of contact for scholars and organisations in North and South America wanting to organise SCS-sanctioned academic events; propose collaboration or partnership opportunities; and share news and promotional materials of all things related to court studies. Expressions of interest to serve on this committee should be directed to the chair of the AMB via email to americas@courtstudies.org.
